About

A weekly drawing course (6 sessions) focusing on learning the fundamentals of classical drawing through working with still life.

The course is structured as a guided process, providing participants with a solid professional foundation for independent work, with an emphasis on developing a discerning eye and the ability to construct drawings through meticulous observation rather than guesswork.

About the Instructor
Chen Fuchs is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in drawing, oil painting, ceramics, and tattoo art. At the heart of her work is a deep attention to line and structure, which she sees as the foundation for all visual expression.

Her work is rooted in a daily, hands-on engagement with materials, where precision, observation, and composition are constantly explored and refined. This approach integrates naturally into her teaching.

Chen brings a thoughtful and process-oriented perspective to her classes, encouraging a slower, more attentive way of seeing and creating. She emphasizes building strong fundamentals as an enduring tool — supporting both artists and beginners in developing their eye, confidence, and personal working method.
